Rural Veterinary Hospital prides itself on educating the next veterinarians or technicians ready to enter the world of vet med. We have provided experience for over 100 students in our 10 years of owning the business. Rural Veterinary Practice allows hands-on experience that senior veterinary students get very little of to prepare them for their future as a veterinarian.

Housing Provided
We have a small apartment that we house our students during their experience. You may also get a free steak dinner while working hard to gain hands on experience.
Come Prepared
Wyoming weather is always unknown. Come prepared with layers of clothing, mud boots, and a great attitude. A great attitude goes a long way and you will be impressed with the experience you gain at our facility.
All Species
Many of you choose our facility for the experience of large animal and the cow/calf aspect. You not only will gain experience in this area, but you will also be required to gain experience with all species. We can go from spaying a dog to working on a dystocia in a short time.
